Sandy Closson, NCIDQ, LEED APSenior Interior Designer
In 2012 Sandy joined DLA+ bringing extensive expertise in Project Management and Strategic Facilities Planning. She obtained an Associate Degree in Architectural Design from Triangle Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
Sandy has 34 years of experience that includes space planning and programming, development of design concepts, furniture and finish selection and the design of more than 10 million SF. Certified by both the International Facilities Management Associates and National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ), she brings a unique perspective having spent time on both the facilities and design side. A skilled interior designer, Sandy lends her knowledge and talent to projects for our Corporate/Commercial, Healthcare, Government, Higher Education, Residential, and Sports clients.
In her free time, she enjoys art museums, antiquing, and listening to jazz music.
