Factory 26 – OshKosh Interior Fit-Out
DLA+ served as the Architect of Record for the 56,000 SF flexible office, warehouse, and retail space, Factory 26 located in the Strip District. Oshkosh was one of the first anchor tenants, taking 14,000 SF of space that included: private offices, workstations, collaboration spaces and clean and dirty workshops. The design highlighted collaborative workspaces, conference rooms, and a kitchenette. The open ceiling and finishes created a modern industrial aesthetic that supported the Oshkosh brand.
