Project Challenges and Outcomes

Challenges

Reconfigure the existing footprint to improve circulation, increase fixture count, and create a state of the art facility for the players. The project required a compressed design and construction schedule.

Outcomes

Using DLA+'s Strategic Architecture Process, which included interactive team workshops, allowed the design team to accommodate the compressed design schedule. The new layout and design provided increased fixture count, improved circulation and a state of the art design solution for the team.
