DLA+ Architecture & Interior Design (DLA+) is excited to announce that it received the AIA Pittsburgh Chapter's Design Pittsburgh Excellence in Sustainable Design Award for the Energy Innovation Center (EIC). The firm was the designer on the design-build team of Mascaro Construction for the adaptive reuse and renovation of the EIC project.

EIC located in former Connelley Trade School is a historic building that is set to achieve a LEED Platinum certification for core and shell.

The Excellence in Sustainable Design Award recognizes built projects that successfully integrate sustainable building strategies and practices into the design.
