The Pennsylvania State University Board of Trustees Committee approves the budget for the next phase of renovations to East Halls. Phase 2B includes renovations to Bigler, Curtin, and Packer halls, totaling $82.5 million. Design is complete for Phase 2B and bids were received for the project. Construction will begin in May 2020 and will be ready for student move-in for the 2021 fall semester.
