The AIA Pittsburgh’s annual conference and exhibitor show, Build Pittsburgh, is an event for architects and building industry professionals to network and learn about the latest industry trends and topics.  This year, the conference will be held virtually November 4th and 5th.  DLA+ Architect Jeff Light will be presenting a white paper he aided in developing on building envelopes for the AIA/MBA Joint Committee.

The session will cover how building envelopes function and how building envelopes should be designed and constructed to be more efficient. It is an important topic of discussion since there are stricter energy codes in place and building owners have higher expectations when it comes to a building’s efficiency.
